Staff DO NOT listen in drive through. Interrupting before I could even finish the order. Even when we placed our order staff still didn’t listen and had to ask us the whole order again. Shouldn’t have to repeat it 3 times to get it right!. Staff member sounded so thrilled to be at work tonight, no personality in customer service at all.

On Thursday 18/05/23 we ordered kfc for dinner and on Friday 3am I started vomiting and diarrhoea from the greasy chicken the coating was falling off and was soaking in grease. By the time it got home it was sitting in a grease. Very disappointing it was good in the beginning now has turned to rubbish. I missed a day of work and I just wanted a break from cooking as disability support worker and carer of my own disabled son having gotten sick from this I can’t afford a day off. Kfc do better !!!!!

What a joke. Get told when going into drive through that I had ti go into the store as EFTPOS machine was broken. Then stood in line in store for 10 minutes waiting only to be told they didn’t have any chicken!!!
