Mate this is the 3rd time in a row that my wrap was wrong. Was different every 3x. I’m going to wait a few months before coming back hopefully new staff cause they used to make good wraps. Also why is lettuce not the norm for the wraps anymore?

The worst KFC in Australia. Too much salt on chips, burgers look like dog food, no service from all the young workers. Not sure who looks after the hiring process here but they need a new management or just close it down. People should not be paying for this rubbish.

Ordered via the app to cater for family friends. Half the order was delivered. Called up the store, they refused to deliver the rest of the order. Blamed being understaffed and screens not working. Had to feed guests on half the food with no refund or resolution. Store manager still to ring me back.

I am done with KFC Spring Farm. The delivery order was so far from consumable I would not even feed it to my dogs. The bags were open upon delivery, the chicken was so cold it didn’t even melt the cheese, for that matter, everything in the order was cold. Sure, I received a refund from DoorDash (well, I will in the next 7 days) but that does not help the fact that I have to organise something else for dinner now! Well done KFC, you have turned me off for good.

Just came through at 12:09pm Tuesday 02/05/23. The male in the drive thru was absolutely amazing. Lovely service and did everything right, the moment I got to the second window and a female with blonde hair arrived and just grabbed the bag of food and stuck her hand out and shoved the food in my hand and then walked away while slamming the window shut, she said nothing to me, not a single word. The young girls here are the rudest people I have ever dealt with in any customer service role, the boys on the other hand are very pleasant and well spoken. I’d recommend this young lady be dealt with because even with the amazing service I recieved at first point of contact from the male, my last point of contact was with the young girl and that’s the one that matters most. I won’t be returning and I am sure many other customers have felt the exact same way. It’s about time you actually hired staff on their skills and abilities rather than their looks so the managers get some eye candy to look at. Every young girl in this establishment has an immediate issue with you because you chose to spend your money there and they have to work because of it.

When going through the Drive Through at KFC Spring Farm, my mother and I were told there was going to be a 10 minute wait on our food and were asked to find a spot in their parking lot. Once parked- it was nearly impossible to find a spot- I went inside to wait. After 10 minutes I was told it would be out in a minute. There were other customers waiting for their Drive Through orders inside as well, all anxious to get their food and leave. After 30 minutes of waiting for a Tender box and a couple of sliders I was saddened to find that not only were they cold but poorly put together. There were at least 10 different staff members that I could see but none of them were talking to each other to get the food out in a timely manner. There was no apologies to myself or other customers about the wait time, nor did they seem to care about what they were doing.

Went in around 12:30pm on Sunday with friends to order lunch, we got served my a really rude female worker with the name tag “Augestino”, she failed to put in our correct order kept rolling her eyes at us, after we received our order and brought it to attention that it was wrong and we ordered large not regular she claimed that she never heard us say large even though she repeated the word “large” to us a few times, when this was addressed to her more eye rolling occurred and a very rude tone was used.

Drive thru was busy so I came inside. Placed my order and I’ve been waiting here still 25min later ? Don’t worry about serving in order. Get chips constantly boxed rather than standing waiting. I ordered a simple burger meal. Needs guidance badly.
