Just went to order a combo and had the rudest girl on the speaker taking orders that I have ever come across. Only 2 cars. Barks words at me during my order like ‘size’, ‘drink’. Only after i said ‘I beg your padon’ sternly did she bother to put a sentence together. At the window to pay i asked if it was her that took the order as it was quite rude. I had a derogatory and sarcastic response of ‘so sorry’.

Firstly my gravy was literally flavoured water. Like I would dip my food in and it would just drip straight off. My chips were pretty cold considering I ordered not even an hour after they opened. AND I DIDNT GET ANY NAPKINS. You would think that with my gravy being the way it is I’d get napkins. no wonder it’s finger licking good, I had nothing else to clean my fingers with. However the dude on the counter was lovely. Customer service 10/10

Got the mighty fest tonight to feed my partner 2 kids and I with the 4 pieces of chicken 2 of them was a tiny leg and a wing not enough meat felt like I was eating bones. This always happens if you don’t ask for hot and spicy chicken. We used to get the giant feast half and half and the normal chicken was tiny pieces but spicy was huge. This meal doesn’t feed a family just advertise 4 big pieces of chicken on the website and it cost about $28 just a waste of hard earned money on this. Never coming back sick of getting tiny pieces of the original chicken

The staff here for some reason always seem to have a chip on their shoulder and are rude. We tried to confirm what was on our order and got blank stares from the service staff like they had no idea what was happening. The food was old, cold and discusting. The worst KFC I have been to.
