Speaker not working. Narrow and difficult drive through. Service slow. Rude staff. They need to tap your card themselves as they can’t move the EFTPOS machine. Then you have to park and wait for your food for a long time. Store looks old and unclean. Asked for the EFTPOS receipt and did not get it.i also had to exit the facility via the entry as exit was blocked

I can’t believe this place is still running tbh. Rude staff who stop you from continuing your order through the drive through speaker box. They ALWAYS cut you off. The manager tries to always help but her underlings never care about anything. Most are useless and I still don’t think by pulling up to the ‘cross walk’ it’s not going to make much difference to their wait times. If you ever go through drive through always check your order as it is mostly always wrong. If I could rate it 0/10 I surely would. NOT HAPPY JAN. Please bring back Red Rooster.

Just experienced work place harassment and bullying going on into this KFC store. Where the disgraceful behaviour lady at the back throw chips on a very nice front worker upon asking some freshly cooked chips. FELT BAD FOR FRONT WORKER as she’s providing great customer service.

Seriously one of the worst KFC’s I’ve ever visited. Staff were rude and uninterested in serving us. The place it dirty and falling apart. Not just one visit but multiple visits in the last few weeks and nothing has changed. I’m surprised it hasn’t failed health standards testing.
