Having spent my life in retail and retail management I am always the first to defend retail assistants but cannot say anything good about the young guy that just served me. Simple request of 3 piece box no thighs. He first takes a while to serve whilst he stands there staring into space. Then gives me a box with 2 potato and gravy in but no chips. then gives me back the box which now has a thigh in it. Then give me back the same box and the thigh is still in there. He then decides to get an attitude and purposely give me 3 legs which were disgusting and not up to kfc standard. Not surprising to get it back and find no cutlery. Having trained hundreds of retail assistants in my life I have never seen anyone so unemployable than this kid. Dont know whether he was drugged up or not but the appalling reviews of this place recently are earned

Served by Lucas who did a great job. Really took care of me with the chips and chicken was fresh, although a few items short but didn’t affect me. Can’t complain and very full after the meal!

There was a large group of us that came in for lunch 4 families. After we all ordered, the last families order was somehow lost. With my order the team forgot cutlery and napkins. Seemed like too many people ordering at the exact same time didn’t help, otherwise it was alright.

Mt dew bottle i received with my meal had been open and had lipgloss on the opening due to someone wareing lipgloss drinking from it before i got it! Thats disgusting and wrong on so many levels, not to mention illegal

Absolutely awful!!! Everytime i get an original recipe burger, the chicken is super dry, overcooked and bun almost rock hard. Chips are always over salted too. Just the worst takeout ever! If i could give zero stars i would! This store needs some serious changes or even better, just close it completely as it’s just dreadful!!! Tonight was the last time i will ever have food from there.

Great customer service, pity there is no option for hot&spicy chicken at this store. Our sauce order was wrong, but at least we were given one. Not a huge deal, seems to be an issue with 98% of KFC not giving sauce when listed.

Was served today drive thru, got a go bucket that literally had 6 chips and 5 popcorn chicken, as most had fallen on the floor I seen thru the window. When questioned about it I was abused, yelled at and container bucket thrown. I ask to speak to the manager and surprise surprise she was the manager, caitlyn.
