We passed through Horsham on our way home and thought it might be nice to have a bit of chicken. This store was fantastic! The girl taking orders at the drive-through was happy, and she was pleasant. A nice change to the suburban stores in Melbourne. The food was awesome Unlike the above-mentioned suburban stores where the food is overcooked or the order placed is not the order you get. They even put extra salt on the chips, which we ask for every time but very rarely get. I think this store is the best KFC we have had in such a long time. It’s just a pity it’s so far from home. Maybe the management and staff should travel to Melbourne and teach the other stores what a good business looks like!

Not very good, dry and old food. Workers were nice, food came in 5 mins or so. Urine all over the floor in the gentleman’s, no stars deducted for this however, as that is a staple of any fast food restaurant.

went through drive thru. employee was extremely rude, cut me off, didn’t let me finish my order so was therefore stuck waiting at the speaker for her to talk. continued to be rude and also missed a slider which i had said. got to the first window, didn’t read the order back to me or offer a receipt or say thank you, drive through or anything. at second window, we asked where the missing slider was and all she could do was tell me it wasn’t on the order even though i ordered it at the speaker. am appalled at the service of the girl at the first window. so rude and was unable to provide a positive experience.

Worst customer service from Violet who was serving at the counter. However the lady on her break was helpful and tried to assist but she didn’t want to listen and getting a drink from the back was all too hard! When we received our order she was rude. We didn’t even get napkins cutlery in our boxes.

We had a meal here in the middle of our road trip from Melbourne to Adelaide. Although I’ve had better “Burger Feast” before at other KFCs, it could be related to how busier they were servicing lots of daily travelers passing through this route. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful in providing the best service.
