This store has suddenly changed into the KFC we remember and love thanks to the new store manager, Alisha. They have cleaned up the exterior and they are finally doing things the way it should always have been. I forgot KFC could taste this good. Hot, fresh and good service. We almost gave up but I recommend trying this store again.

I Just talked to a manager today over a mistake they made with my delivery on Menulog and they ended the call TWICE on me. Management are absolutely disrespectful and have NO BUSINESS being in customer service. Not only will they mess up your order but they will get DISRESPECTFUL if you mention it.

I would give this KFC a half star if I could, me and my 9 year old son went by to get a zinger box after his footy win. Our mood quickly went from happy to gloomy when we entered the store. The place is dusty and the interior is as if someone’s ashes was turned into a paint mixture and used to paint the walls inside. The employee’s show little to no emotion and do not even greet when going to the cashier.

Store regularly runs out of CHICKEN. Service is slow waiting sometimes up to an hour, staff rude. This store is the worst KFC next to the Pakenham store. Where are the managers, where is Head Office and why aren’t they doing anything to clean up these stores it’s disgusting. Honestly one of the dirtiest places I’ve seen, I’ve given them many chances but every time the floors and tables were filthy. My most recent visit was the same but there was no toilet paper in the toilets, one of the locks were broken and the automatic door kept opening by itself and there was toilet paper thrown around everywhere, disgusting for a food service!

The worst KFC store in town, possibly the whole of Australia. I ordered for a wrap, burger and chicken. Wrap was cold and stale. Looked like it was packed atleast 5-6 hour ago. The wings were weirdly bitter! Was at this store 3 times in the past 5 years, each of them was a MEGA FAIL.
