The food is great and always ready really quick. I Love ordering the 3 Piece Box. Just wish you could select specific chicken pieces and not just type when ordering on mobile or through self-serve machines (like 2 thighs and a leg, instead of just original recipe, hot and spicy, etc).

Ok. I am a regular here almost every afternoon and get the same food. Popcorn chicken Go Bucket, Mountain Dew Freeze. And after so many good times and small slip ups with this restaurant, it gets tiring. Not only today did I only get 2 thirds of my drink, but i was greeted by an unreasonably small amount of popcorn chicken and chips. The rest that looked like it should’ve been full, was full with air. The only non-downside to this whole thing, which believe me only just made it in, was the simple fact that the chips were reasonably salted, on the small amount that there were. The worker was Dean. I have provided pictures of the receipt and food below.

I’ve been coming here 2-3 times a week for around 5 years. Some of the fastest service available, nice friendly staff that actually smiles and to top it off the food is great compared to other questionable KFC outlets.

The lady packing the chicken yesterday was foul and had disgusting customer service with the worst attitude and completely ignorant to the customers orders. Also unfortunately the lady that was training wasn’t being trained properly by the lady next to her because she could have told her there was no hot and Spicy at that store but instead showed her how to type it in along with my request of a mixture of original recipe thighs. She also failed to mention that they had no intention of giving me any thighs at all. When I returned the lady packing the chicken told her to tell me that she’s not giving me all thighs and just gave me one as she slammed it into the box. I would not have paid for my order if I knew that I wasn’t getting what I ordered, especially without hot and spicy chicken. Yamanto KFC would never treat their customers like the staff at Riverlink, but I guess what do you expect it’s a ghetto shopping centre so there’s ghetto people working at Riverlink KFC with bad attitudes and no desire to satisfy their customers.

21/11/18 thought the girl serving did really well. It was busy for the end of the night and looked like there was barely any food left. She was calm, dealt with the customers accordingly and even though there was a lot to handle, she even remembered to put extra seasoning on my chips like i requested at the start of all the orders. Nice! Chips weren’t the best but the extra seasoning saved it lol

My mother ordered from here after 3pm today. She got served by Lachan, he was so awesome. He was very friendly and helpful. He helped bring her meal down without us ever asking or complaining. Would 10/10 go there again, wish more employees were like him.
