This KFC is terrible! The staff have 0 interest in helping and they are ALL children. Food always takes forever even when there is 5 people standing around not doing anything. They almost always forget something or give us something else. I’ve seen staff picking chips off the service area with no gloves and eating them while there are 7 people waiting for orders. Seriously in need of some senior staff to kick everyone into line.

First visit to this store. It’s newish and looks clean. Food took ages to come out but the order was right so I was happy with that. One dinner roll was hard and crunchy but I took it back and they apologized and quickly replaced it. I did do a double sniff test of the chicken because I wasn’t sure if it was a bit funky. Had no side affects later so must have been ok

Went through the drive thru and placed an order. Took 45 minutes to get to the pick up window and was told no hot and spicy. I asked the Guy serving why I was not told when placing the order. He was very rude and shut the window on me. Could see chicken all over the floor through the window. Should be kept cleaner. Finally got home and my six piece box had only 4 pieces. It consisted of three legs and a wing. Very pathetic service I must say. Will go to another KFC next time

The store is operated by teenagers, and it’s far from what I call “ fast food” Every single time, the wait in the drive through is about 20-25 mins. Then once we FINALLY arrive to the pick up window , our order is wrong and the box of chips are only ever half full. Not just happen the once either. Just disgraceful. You all need to pick up your game!

Our server was friendly; our order was correct, but mine was cold twice. It’s all good to have young staff but they need appropriate management so they don’t behave like teenagers i.e being loud, carrying mobile phones around in their hands and hanging behind the counter in groups.
