Food is always fresh and hot, service is quick even during busy hours. The staff are very friendly even under so much pressure. Its hard to keep track of so many items sometimes, and Ive encountered wrong or missing items a few times but their manager (abbrv K.) always makes sure to contact customers and sort it out. Overall, very happy with their service!

They open at least and hour late, closes an hour early. When they work, their food quality is bad compared to other KFCs. When they close early, I asked them why. All the staffs glances at one another and says “Ooh, our manager decided that way”. So I asked where’s manager. They always say “Our manager is not here”. Why don’t u close and stop wasting that part of the Macarthur sq?

I hardly give bad reviews, but today called for one. I wouldn’t even give 1 star for the quality of service and food that I saw. My sister was only waiting for one small go bucket and I saw the 4 members of staff that were on shift moving with no urgency at all, even though there was only one customer in front. One girl was cleaning the chip station more than half an hr before closing time. She added so much salt to the old chips, even picking up cold chips around the edge of chip station and packed them into a box, leaving it open and still serving those chips to customers. Food was being packed into boxes and placed in the warmers. Nothing was fresh! The customer waiting in front of us said they’ve also been waiting a while for a go bucket and was about to ask for a refund. After waiting for a while, I decided to ask for a refund bc they were still going to serve us those old chips that were sitting there before we came and we waited for almost 20mins. I asked why they weren’t serving fresh chips and they said they were, but I did not see it at all! When another staff came to give my refund, I asked her why they’re serving food like this and her answer was, “because we close at 4″…I asked who the manager on shift was and she said Katelyn (however she spells it), but was too busy to talk. There was a school rush of kids behind us. Having been a store manager, I understand the need for staff to get out on time, but that should NEVER at all compromise the quality of food that customers are PAYING for. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing and the fact that staff thought those procedures were okay. They obviously learn it from management and something needs to change. A family of three behind us even complained about their chicken tenders. Pick up your act KFC MacArthur, not good at all
