Kfc keeps increasing their prices and the quality is going down, ordered two piece chicken pack and it contained over cooked or reheated and it had a wine piece of chicken that was no bigger than my thumb. Unappetising to say the least. I took chicken back only to be told there was no more and a 20min wait for fresh chicken. Totally unacceptabble especially the prices kfc is charging . The chips looked like it was leftovers as well. My sons chicken burger was the same. Horrible.

I ordered a Zinger B&C box, the H&C boneless was so over cooked and the chips were brown and soggy and the burger wasn’t even right. The receipt had Zinger B&C box and I asked for mayo on it but I got pepper mayo instead and I asked for a Zinger but i got a fillet instead i couldn’t go back because I was already in the car by the time I opened it so that part was my fault but I shouldn’t have to check if everything is right. If it looks disgusting to you don’t serve it and have a say to your manager. Please do better it’s very important to have a healthy and clean food restaurant.

I had an online offer but the app as usual was not allowing me to redeem it. Talked to the person at the counter. She immediately talked to the store manager, and he made sure that I get what I was offered. Foodwise I don’t expect much from any KFC, it’s just when I need to grab something real quick. I ordered a fill up box. They did not informed me there was no wicked wings and potato gravy. Instead of letting us know they just packed me two breast piece of original chicken and tub of gravy. Chips was soggy everything about the KFC was gross. The counter and inside the store was filthy. If the health inspector went to visit them around 3:30pm they will definitely failed. KFC Macarthur Square is 3 times better than the Campbelltown Mall.

I’m sorry to have to say this is literally the SLOWEST KFC I’ve ever been to. I was order number 269 and numbers 275 and 282 got their food before I did, while I was waiting and waiting. I wouldn’t recommend going here, especially if you’re on a lunch break, unless you’re prepared to wait 20+ minutes for your food to be ready

They Mucked up the order and had to reorder. 3-4 min wait time was not an issue. Ordered the zinger box and hot and spicy tender. Nothing hot and spicy about the tenders anymore. Used to be good but it’s lost the hot and spicy bit. The singer was horrid. The chicken was over fried and tasted like dry cardboard. They need to pick up there game.

Comparing to other KFCs this KFC doesn’t serve fresh food i guess. Even the foods are fresh they don’t look appealing i dont know why. I always get wicked wings and they are always not as good as KFC Campbeltown (outside of the mall). They should improve on their food quality also the sauces taste old too.
