Very disappointing to be in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. Customer service was very rude. If there’s not enough staff close the store and move staff to other sites. Drive through is meant to be fast efficient service especially at lunch time.

I got a Zinger burger combo. Got home and the burger was luke warm at best. Had to microwave it to eat. At least the chips were warmer!!

When your Door dash driver and Crew at KFC Lucas go above and beyond. Chucked a custom note on the order for an autograph. Drive got all the staff in store to sign the box/meal. 🙂
