Generally pleased with my orders but twice they have given me the wrong items. 1 burrito was completely wrong and one time I ordered 3 full price tacos but was given 3 small $3 tacos. I also had an enchilada with what I think would be less than their standard serving size of toppings

Very disappointed with this, ordered a cali burrito and found a very long piece of hair in my food. I had to open it to take it out and it was wrapped all around the food in my burrito. Not the first time it happened but I like Guzman food so I guessed it was just a mistake, but it happened again today unfortunately. That was a waste of time and money for me, not happy at all. You guys need to be more strict on wearing a hair net.

I ordered via the app and waited for them to make the order. I was waiting for a while. Then a staff member came and ordered after me. To my disbelief, the lady made the order for him and he got my order before me. This has never happened to me before. Looks like they were pals at work. When an another staff member approached me and asked for my order, I told me and had an awkward encounter. He had to make my order. Very unprofessional place. I will go to an another gyg.

Waited +40min for our app order, then when it came out it was mangled and hardly filled with ingredients. When we’d asked about our order several times we were finally told after 20mins of waiting that they didn’t have enough taco shells, but they could give us half the order now. They then repeatedly said the rest of the order was coming in 5min. After 20 more minutes of waiting they gave us the rest of the order but it was completely mangled, cold, and seriously lacking filling (see pic). No apology was ever given, and I contacted GYG customer support and got no response.

Went through the drive through with my new born who was historically crying and the Indian lady at the window was scoffing and point at me and my child. Ive never felt more disrespected in a workplace especially somewhere i’m spending money and paying them. Then when she handing me my food she aggressively gave it to me and told me to move because i was holding up the drive through line.
