The staff were very rude, I went through the drive through to pick up my order and they made me park my car and come into the store to grab it off the counter instead of walking 1 metre to hand it to me in the drive through, super inconvenient for no reason especially when I have a baby in the car. Also forgot my potato and gravy and when I let them know the kid at the counter tossed the gravy across the counter at me without saying anything. Don’t normally leave negative reviews but if I’m spending money somewhere I don’t want to be treated like an inconvenience.

The team here on a Friday night (7pm, 30/6/23) were working overtime. They were definitely under the pump, and the whole crew were scrambling to keep up with the demand. I was really impressed by their diligence and professionalism.

One of Worst KFC I been today around 8pm, Shitest and Tiny peace of chicken in my ultimate box, No potato gravey, no napkins. Chicken fried in old greasey black oil. Internal sitting was closed and external was so slippery to walk on and No it wasn’t just clean, staff was waiting for us to leave so they can mop outside.

Waited over 15 mins for our order today. Seemed busy with drive throughs nd online orders so I can understand the wait. However my burger was cold when I finally got it. Went back to counter (we were dining in) to have another made fresh and had to wait 5 mins for someone to even acknowledge me. Horrible service, not even a sorry from the staff for the wait or that the food was cold when I got it. Could not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs. Only gave 1 star because they won’t let me give any less.

Very bad experience, I ordered family feast using drive through service. Chickens were over cooked and dry like eating cardboard soaked in oil. Instead of 10 pieces i only got 9 pieces. I asked for the receipt for my bills and the guy at the window said machine is not working

Whilst eating I tasted something that didn’t taste quite right, I kept on eating thinking it may have just been a bad bit so as I was eating more still tasted funny. I soon realised that the tomatoes were of. Maybe they accidentally put fresh with older ones? All I can say is I wasted my money.

Ordered a 21 piece pack, asked for mainly thighs and dummies, ended up with 9 wings, tiny dry breast and rib pieces, only got 2 thighs and 2 drummies. All small pieces, very disappointed again.
