I went to get my daily zinger stacker box and I was served by a young gentleman by the name of Jimmy. He was being rude so I asked what’s the problem here and he proceeded to jump over the counter, drag me into the toilets and violate my private parts. I felt uncomfortable and to this day I’m traumatized and seeing a counselor. I’ll never look at kfc in the same way again. Stay safe guys.

Was parked for over 15 minutes after being told it would be only 7 minutes for tenders. It was the tenders that were undercooked…. then had to leave through an exit that led to traffic lights instead of straight into the road I needed. I understand the exit was not the problem so much, but it added to my negative experience.

Absolutely filthy place, food is some what okay and the enthusiasm the staff have with each other should be put into their job they do. Besides that, the rest rooms and the floor are as bad as the Townsville City Councils rubbish trucks just after Christmas !!
