Terrible customer service. The worst experience I have ever had with food deliveries, always forgot stuff in the orders and I got told 3 different times there menulog to be turned back on for delivery so I waited 2 hours to be able to order for them to tell me there driver is running 25 minutes late

Manager was very hesitant to replace a bad meal I had, which was disappointing. But when they eventually did, the chips were the freshest and crispiest I’ve ever had from a kfc, which was refreshing to see. The chicken was also very crunchy which again is a first for me and much more pleasant than my initial experience. Only qualm would be to ease up on the salt on the chips, was close to heart attack level.

I thought I would go in store rather than the drive through. Big mistake. They had run out of original recipe and had a 20 minute wait for any. I ordered hot n spicy instead. The boneless pieces were smaller than nuggets and virtually had no coating. While.i waited about 7 cars went through and got their orders. Go figure.
