The worst KFC ever. Dined in ordered two ultimate boxes. The chips were barely warm and looked like scapes the piece of chicken was the driest smallest piece I’ve ever seen. My husband went and asked for a bigger piece so the young guy picked it up with his hands out of the box and put it back in the warmer. My husband had also picked up that piece of chicken . Was not given napkins or spoons when we asked he gave us forks cause they didn’t have spoons and there was no salt on the chips! Could not have been worse it they tried

Absolutely disgusting are the only words to describe my experience. Not only was my order (menu log) nearly an hour late the food was cold , unwrapped and chucked in the bag and sauce was busted and spilled all through the base of the bag. And coleslaw tasted past its used by date

The wait times at this kfc are ridiculous! Most of the time the staff are just standing around talking to each other and not handling the multiple orders they have. I only ever come here to pick up orders as I am a delivery driver but constantly am waiting over 15+ minutes for the food to be ready & then am ignored, along with many other customers. Terrible service.

Kfc don’t do anything good. No grilled chicken, no TAP WATER, no ICE, no ginger ale, no ginger beer, no Fanta, no lemonade, no coke, no tomato sauce. All they do is overly greasy fried chicken and no essentials. What a poor poor place. Unreliable. Poorly stocked store.

If you’ve seen the tiktok saying to ask for chips instead of gravy and mash, don’t bother. Instead of giving you your large chips plus a small chips for the large meal you paid for, they’ll just give you a small chips only half full and mash instead. Awesome. Just thrilled.
