Asked if i wanted to upgrade and i said ok. Did not get any number / order number for the meal from the young lady. She decided to talk with her friends who were customers. Another man came and gave me a meal which i am fairly sure was not what i ordered but without an order number what could i do. No spoon provided or available. Worst dining experience i can remember. Total chaos and a large group of young customers chatting with the staff to the detriment of the business. Next time i dine at any KFC it will be snowing outside in Qld.

Really quite annoyed- ordered a “cheap as chips” meal through the app and clarified my order at the drive through before it was packed. I do not like breast chicken and specifically asked for four thighs 4 legs. The girl said “certainly, we’ll see what we can do.” When I got to first window I realised the girl wasn’t communicating with inside staff, so I asked if I should check at the next window. She said, ” oh, that’d be a good idea, not everyone has headphones.” (Wasn’t overly impressed that she’d answered me, knowing that the message may or may not get to the packing staff)

We paid – or should I say ‘overpaid’ – for a family feast pack. What we received was some of THE worst KFC we’ve ever experienced. Every single piece was overcooked, dry and tasteless. On top of that 5 out of the 10 pieces were wings – not that it really mattered because it was all inedible anyway. The chips were as equally dry and tastesless and the coleslaw was wet and sloppy. It was disgusting and most of it went into the bin. What a bloody awful waste of money!! It will be a cold day in hell before we ever go anywhere near the Highfields KFC store again.

I ordered the Origin 21 pieces. It is too soft. The e skin is deep in oil and soft. Inside the chichen is not even cooked enough. It is terrible feeling. It is the first time I have a terrible experience with KFC

Stopped in at 2.15, only two people sitting in store, all bins inside and out full, all tables dirty. What do the staff do in between diners? Obviously not clean the venue. Asked for a cloth to wipe table myself, young girl wiped ours and no others! Unbelievable

Food poisoning from a chicken bacon and cheese burger meal. Disgusted with the lack of concern taken by the manager Veronica in regards to this matter. Lost 2.5 days of work and was treated with little to no concern by her in regards to the poisoning. When I spoke of other tradespeople that have also been poisoned from this store, staying polite as possible while under severe pain, finally it got through. This would of hospitalised a child or elder without doubt.

It took 20 mins to receive our order. Staff weren’t apologetic but said drive thru has priority. Wrap had no chicken in it, the chips were cold and soggy. We were given no napkins. Then after the meal I went to put the rubbish in the bin and that was overflowing.
