I ordered a zinger bacon and cheese box online. I got to the speaker there was a 15 minute wait on my order (which was fine) waited 25 minutes to receive a stale cold burger and dry bacon, cold chips with no salt and the hot and crispy chicken was cold. Nothing was fresh at all… Not sure what we waited on. Very disappointed definitely won’t be returning again.

Burnt wings, and the frozen drink they gave me was at least an inch away from being filled to the rim. I have rarely had any complaints to make about KFC, but this was unacceptable.

We went after fishing late one night and the manager on charge was so so rude not only to her employers but to customers as well and got about 4 of our orders incorrect. Definitely won’t be back.

Went through drive thru, was told a three minute wait. Ended up being over 20mins and would’ve been longer if I didn’t go in and ask for my order. I was then given an upsize large chips with no salt whatsoever, my zinger box had a regular tub of gravy, not a potato and gravy. Spent near $50. Not often does this kfc run smoothly….always forget something.

I’ve never been so shocked by how rude, no sense of urgency and slow the employees were at this kfc let alone any food place I’ve been at. One girl In particular had the worst attitude. Waited to get served for about 15 minutes (I was the only one in line and no one was in the drive through) while staff looked and me and continued to chat amongst themselves. Waited for my meal for another 20minutes (very quite in restaurant). While staff were visibly eating in the kitchen and standing around. Unfortunately it wasn’t even worth the wait food tasted like it sat there all day and put so much sauce on the wrap (which was also not the one I ordered).
