I don’t normally critique but wow, probably one of the worst meals I’ve had. Bought a mixed feast Friday the chicken pieces were fatty, greasy and with no meat. No drumsticks at all, chicken tender bits were dry and tough. Chicken nugget were tasteless. Chips were soft and saltless. Will I be back, probably not for awhile…… maybe.

I feel as though KFC as a brand has lost its mojo. The food quality has very much declined. Not just at this store but KFC Australia as a whole. The staff at this KFC work very hard with a massive line up of people both inside and out. They handle this with grace and with a smile. Well done to the training staff and supporting staff!

Really impressed with this branch of KFC, the staff especially were exceptional and friendly and seemed super happy to work there, the food came so quickly I was actually surprised but it was fresh and hot and delicious but they are so very quick there and the staff are really really really really friendly and nice so great experience all round

I love my KFC, and I’ve found Gawler KFC to be pretty consistent in their food quality and service. The store always seems clean and tidy too, but I mostly use the drive thru.
