Normally don’t leave a review but enough is enough. These are the most absolutely incompetent people working. Just ordered a crunchy zinger wrap, with large chips. They shafted me and gave me a small chips and what appears to be left over chicken from the night before. Not only are they unprofessional, they just give 0 effort into whatever they cook. I’ve waited in store for over 45 minutes for a simple meal. The last 2 times I went there, they did not have the drinks I asked for.

Worst kfc ever. The chicken appeared to be cooked in petroleum rather than oil. Terrible, oil-soaked. Very dirty and poorly maintained place. dirty bathrooms. Poorly managed. I took a family package but we left more than half, it was inedible. After less than 2 hours it’s the second time I go to the bathroom with diarrhea and stomach pain. Never again

Everything about this kfc deserves a 1 star, toilets are trashed, rubbish everywhere inside, carpark trashed, rubbish everywhere outside, takes them 20 minutes to serve 2 people (so much for fast food), and they didn’t have the drinks we ordered as per usual. Staff need to wake up and clean their restaurant. No cutlery or serviettes where given in the meals either.

Definitely by far the BEST KFC I’ve had, it does tend to get busy (especially on Friday nights) but for the food and the service it’s definitely worth the wait!

Only thing they did right was the food was hot. Ordered on the app and got the drinks almost instantly. Had 40+ minute wait time on the food though. If the staff is not able to adequately do their jobs, either roster on more or give them better training.

Well…it was clean enough to order the food. The self serve is convenient. And then we ate the food….the chicken was so dry and not that fresh feeling and the customer service was not unpleasant but also not notable. All of that would have been chalked up to a poor fast food experience however the state of the bathroom will make me never stop there again. If their public amenities are left that dirty I could only imagine the state of cleanliness in staff only areas. No thanks. There are too many options so close to try this one again.
