I had a fantastic experience at the KFC in Goulburn on my way to Canberra. The food was delicious and served quickly, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The crispy chicken was perfectly cooked, and the fries were hot and fresh. This stop definitely added to the enjoyment of my trip. Thanks everyone

Stopped on hour way through to Canberra last Friday night. Appalling service, staff didn’t know the menu, ordered & paid for a specific item and later told not available. Staff in the kitchen having a soft drink and making an absolute mess and not caring about their general behavior. Couldn’t sit in to eat as the place wasn’t fit for consuming a meal in. Totally disgusting place for families. KFC should be ashamed.

Very disappointing!!! Staying the night in Goulburn and wanted KFC as it was quick and easy. Well what a joke! Waited 25 mins after changing my order to make it quicker. Asked for our money back only to discover my order didn’t even get changed!!! Poor service!! The young staff need more support and training. Communication was terrible and the kitchen needed a good clean. Chicken was being touched with hands not tongs.

The food is often better here than other KFCs. The nuggets taste freshly cooked. The restaurant itself looked like a mess today though. Not sure if there had been a recent leak? Water all over the floor, tables not cleaned, stools up on the tables. It was a busy weekend.

Chicken fillet in burger was slightly over cooked, service desk operator did not speak loud enough causing me to repeat myself many times, what about napkins and utensils. Not hard to put in the bag as well. When you order a large meal, get food large meal and drinks small meal , you pay for large, you should get large, not half / half.
