My family and I come here a fair bit as this KFC is better then the other one in wodonga. Well supposedly. and we’ve never had an issue with the food quality and service and we’ve never had an issue with getting missing items or wrong orders. But tonight was the night where we have had an issue. My mum an I came through drive thru tonight, got our order and came home. We ordered 3 zinger boxes, a BBQ bacon stacker combo and a BBQ slider. In one of the zinger boxes there was meant to be popcorn chicken, not the boneless chicken and we didn’t get the BBQ slider. The chips were basically cold and stale and my burger had what looked like lettuce that came from the bottom of a dishwasher. I understand it was a bit busy but honestly, it’s not hard to read a screen and it’s definitely not hard to double check orders before handing out orders to customers.

The service was absolutely disgusting, i ordered online. My order was 2nd on the screen when it was placed and i waited for 25 minutes while the workers made all the orders around mine. when my food was handed to me it was thrown across the bench, and i asked for serviettes and the lady behind the counter threw them at me. i then got in the car to eat my order to find both my potato and gravies not even half full. and i work in a kfc store, and i know that as a collective we can get SUED for this! i then went to eat my dinner roll and it was rock solid. This was absolutely appalling and i WILL NOT be returning.

I went to East Wodonga KFC and asked for a dipping feast…. the picture to this post shows just how little chips come with it. Oh and on another note all the dipping sauces had to be obtained by going back to the store as none of them were in the box to begin with.

Only 2 of my 4 pieces of chicken were edible, chips were under cooked and luke warm. There was no gravy. My drink was given to me when I ordered, by the time the order came half an hour later it was almost room temperature. All up my worst KFC experience ever

We drive past the Central wodonga kfc and out of our way to this one. Food is always hot, unlike the central wodonga kfc, where the chips taste like they were cooked hours before getting there. If we are getting kfc in wodonga, this is the one we go to.
