This is the worst tasting food I have ever had from this fish and chip shop. The fish was so old it was dry and grey, the chips taste like dirt from the ground, and the potatoe cakes are so thin that you are just eating batter. Never again will I be ordering from fins and fries. I also ordered the Udon satay beef noodles and asked if they could not put as much chilli in the dish, the reply was “we can’t do that”, I guess it’s because it’s not made fresh or comes out of a container. Thumbs down big time for this takeaway shop.

The fish and chips were actually very nice not like what others say. The fish was perfectly cooked and white from the inside (not too oily) and the chips were crisp to perfection (lacking a little salt tho). Good price and a pretty tasty meal! Would recommend

Will never go back this used to be a good fish shop i had it today since new owners and to say it was horrible is an understatement the i wanted grilled fish until i seen it all been pre cooked on the grill so i had fryed instead it was un eatable it was so dry and hard and my beef croquettes were burnt dont waste your money people go somewere else

UPDATE – went back after 6 months. Definitely never coming back. Everything was dry and old. Grey fish, old soggy chips. Definitely still one star. Don’t waste your time eating here
