Ordered an original bacon and cheese box and an extra 3 wicked wings (which were tiny)…. Didn’t get my original recipe chicken that is supposed to come with the box. The burger was dismal, looked terrible and had the smallest bit of chicken in it. Also got a bread tag for whatever reason.

On the 21/7/23 I visited kfc Corio and I witnessed the restaurant manager Meryema berating a young man while he was visibility crying telling him to get back to work and that his problems don’t matter. Then went on to lecture him about understanding social cues. I find that quite ironic considering he was sobbing and she was yelling.

We reached this place around 9.30pm and found most of the items were unavailable. Anyways they confirmed they could give 3 zinger burger meals. We were provided the same and while we were dining in, they informed they are about to close and they just switched off the lights, which was very rude. We then had to put all opened stuff back in the pack and have it in our car.

I just got my order from the Corio KFC ,, !! Absolutely useless !! I paid for Coleslaw which I didn’t receive nor did I get my 10 nuggets,,, I call the idiot store manager ,, he tells me to go online to get a store credit ! I don’t want your store credit ,, all I wanted is my food I ordered ! The worst experience I have ever had ! Stay away from this store ! Unless you can pick it up yourself and check it before you leave ! They will get it wrong ! They take NO responsibility ! I will never buy from you again ! Ordered in drive through tonight two straight menu meals , paid drive through ready to enjoy the meal but very dissatisfied with what we found 3 piece meal had 2 tiny drumsticks and a rib section , cold chips but hot potato and gravy , second meal no potato just gravy , no serviettes or spoons and the zinger came without spice . Did not enjoy the meal and probably will not go there again very disappointed.
