After waiting in the drive-thru for an eternity, I got to the window to be told there will be another 8 min wait if I want wings. Order another product, get home, and then find out there are items missing from the order. This just seems to happen way too often at Wyoming KFC

Disgusted customer service and speed tonight at Wyoming KFC. Placed an order for 4 pieces of chicken at 5:50pm. At 6:00pm I asked the counter if my order had been forgotten as there was clearly many pieces of chicken available. I was told there was a ‘wait’ on the chicken, even though I could literally see 40 or so pieces. It seemed like drive through got priority even though I had been waiting before them. Menulog also received priority. Finally I received my 4 pieces of chicken at 6:15!!!!!!!!! FROM THE SAME LOT OF CHICKEN THAT HAD BEEN SITTING THERE SINCE ORDERING!
