Not being from the area we thought we had driven into the ghetto here- the gardens, surrounding landscape is awful! The girl who took our orders on speaker in drive thru almost seemed annoyed to serve us- not very helpful at all. The food was nice- chips were scorching hot but fresh i suppose.

Honestly the worst service I’ve ever had. Sit at the window waiting to pay, girl gets my drink out sits in on the bench and then leaves and does not come back, then waved at to come to the next window to be told oh we are out of this drink, I said the girl back there got it out and sat it there and left. The chick did not tell me how much the total was and gave me a bad attitude because she was made to walk up there and get a drink, then she slammed all of our food into a bag, threw the bag at me in drive thru, did not speak at all and was quite rude. Please fire her or give her a warning, because everything in my bag was squashed and chips were all through the bag.

We ordered from menulog. Got no sauce but got extra nuggets and a chocolate mousse, which is nice from them considering they were an hour and a half from closing and I’m assuming would have run out of some products. The chocolate mousse is frozen. The nuggets didn’t taste like chicken and were filled with oil. The chips weren’t fresh, old batch. Chicken tenders were burnt. However the burger was nice.

The staff are nice and quick to respond. There Zinger Burgers are what I love yous for n the freshly made Potato n Gravey in my opinion best in all of Caboolture

Look it’s tough working in food and they do a pretty good when you’ve got cars out on the road trying to get through the drive window service. Had the odd screw up but they generally fix it pretty well plus it’s a KFC restaurant, not a theme restaurant

everything in the order was disgusting. i received popcorn chicken instead of wicked wings when i specifically asked for wicked wings. both boxes of chips were, undercooked, soggy, cold and disgusting, looked like they had been sitting out for hours. tried calling the store 8 times and all calls were declined.

The chips are always half cooked. Doughy half raw and not crispy at all. Raw potato is gross. The chicken was also doughy and undercooked. And there were no napkins in our drive though order.
