Just wanted to commend the staff during a very busy holiday period. Weary travellers were met with friendly, good quality customer service and smiles. The young team were efficient and orderly, handling the stress calmly and professionally. They were also polite and patient working with each other-so great to see. As a rule, I like KFC. I’ve rarely had a bad one. Unfortunately, my experience at this service area KFC was not good. The chicken was dry & overcooked. Awful really. The batter did not resemble the flavour of a traditional KFC. I know that I got the end of the tray that was being used because the lady had to wait for the third portion of chicken on my order but that’s simply not good enough.
