I ordered through the drive through. They asked me to wait in the carpark with no waiting bay and they would bring out my meal. 10minutes later and still no show…. I walked into the store and asked about my order…. oh it’s coming now, they say. Still an extra long wait and no meal…. I think that they forgot my meal as over 10 cars passed through the drive through behind me… very poor service.

Went inside the store to use the bathroom before ordering. The cleanliness was appalling, it was putrid. If they can’t even keep the bathrooms clean imagine the state of the kitchen and the workers hygiene. Walked straight out.

It just stinks that you still can only pay via card, no cash!! Every time I go there I forget and then I either can’t buy food or I have to transfer money from my savings. I hardly ever get KFC thankfully so it’s not an issue often but they need to accept cash and all payment forms again.
