On 11/6, there was a young girl at the counter who had a bad service attitude when ordering. The customer had to show her the picture after ordering 3 times. Finally, she rolled her eyes to show us. The service attitude is really bad. Evaluate, Then I ordered 10 fried chickens and gave them less. Customers who buy them must check what they bought.

Was in line behind a group of people,when they were served I walked around them to put in my order only to be told by Yarra with a um um these people are next as they were walking in the door.I went to stand behind them but 3 girls walked in front of me .so after waiting so long behind the group I decided to go to McDonald’s and order my fries,I was served immediately with a friendly greeting.Retrain Yarra in customer service and fix your waiting line up to be covid friendly

Asked for a original twister ultimate box and she put it through as a an ultimate box with a burger and then added a twister to it on its own, and then they took 15 mins anyways not mad but not the best KFC I’ve been to lmao

This is a small KFC which always seems to be busy. Customer service varies depending on the experience and training of the staff member serving. Food is standard KFC.

I think this is the best KFC I have ever been too the food was cooked perfectly and placed into the box neatly, staff were lovely and chips were evenly salted 10/10 my favourite place to get KFC

Great service, the team seem to be a very happy bunch. The wait was long yet is expected when so many customers want food. The managers here deserve appreciation as they do train with younger kids and always seem to give lovely service.

Worst experience at any fast food restaurant in all my life it was twenty to 5 (they close at 5) and when I ordered all they had was old chicken tenders and were more concerned with cleaning up and getting out of there than any customer service at all, I ask the 2 ladies in front of me have they been waiting long as they didn’t look happy at all and they both said they had been waiting forever ( around 20 mins) waiting for popcorn chicken and weren’t at all pleased.

Poor service and quality during late night shopping. Seems to be run by children with no real supervision. They ran low on wicked wings I understand there may be set back but being entitled to 3 wicked wings and only given one and one original is just poor effort.
