Almost laughable how small the portion sizes of their takeaway is. Ordered a “butter chicken combo” ($16) and a “lamb korma combo with garlic naan” ($20.5). Car key in photo for reference just how small these containers are. Wild to think that close to $40 only gets you an entree size meal.

We had lunch here on a rainy and quiet Saturday. The food was delicious. We had the Prawn dosai, and Lamb dosai ($14.90 each). The portions looked a bit smaller than the ones we had in Newtown. The samosa ($7.90) was nice. The passion fruit lassi was a bit too sweet than preferred. The card machine was down so paid using payID to their mobile number. Total bill was $41.70.

My friends and I had an excellent experience at Indian Leaf tonight! The staff were all super friendly and polite, the service was beyond excellent! The food was served quickly, and it was sooo delicious! The tables were set neatly, everything was very clean, and the atmosphere and music was perfect! 10/10 would recommend this restaurant!!

Quiet restaurant on the second floor. We ordered the chicken biryani, two curries and garlic naan, which were all delicious. Staff was friendly and came around to check how we found the food. Would come back again.

We went there yesterday after seeing the reviews, however were quite disappointed with the quality of food. The goat curry was too salty and lazeez paneer was like simple onion gravy. The naan breads were obviously frozen like. And the whole dining was empty. They compensated with giving us a small kulfi, however we were overcharged (sitting charges maybe which no other restaurant changes) On the basis of reviews, I think the previous management was much better than the new one, which are truely disappointing.

A great meal with well cooked and flavoured dishes. The waiter recommended the eggplant when we asked which vegetable to order. It was quite good and went with everything. We ordered the chick65 as a starter which pairs well with the Kingfisher beer they have. They have a drinks menu but we were told it’s ok to Byo. Will bring my Indian parents here for sure
