I decided to take my partner, son and mum out for a nice dinner after a big week of work. The waitress was nice and polite but it all went downhill from there. My son’s meal was okay (chicken tenders and chips). It then took over 40 minutes to get the adult meals despite being the second table of only 4 to get our orders in. My partner ordered a $32 medium rare steak but it came out well done. All of the sauces cost $3 each and there was no option of a free gravy. So my partner ordered the mushroom sauce but there was so little of it which was most unhelpful when the steak was so dry and chewy. My southern fried chicken burger was bland and the chicken tasted exactly like the chicken tenders in my son’s meal. My mum’s barramundi was also dry. I would have made a complaint whilst there but because the meals took so long to come out, we had to rush home to get our son to bed. All in all it was a terrible experience other than the nice waitress. Unfortunately we won’t be coming back again. We like to support small businesses but when you pay $120 and the meals are way below par you just can’t give them another go.

We went for lunch and even though only 5 tables were occupied, it was still almost an hour wait for our food. We overheard a poor elderly couple not able to read and order from the menu because they were technology savvy and couldn’t use the tablet. There weren’t even any hard copies of the menu to accommodate their situation.

Went for dinner on a Tuesday night so was relatively quiet inside we had a great experience. Food was all hot and tasty, service was good and everything came out in a a reasonable time. The beef brisket serve was huge! Great selection of tap beers and decor inside was pretty funky. Would go back

Drove an hour to the establishment and ordered a rare steak instantly after sitting down. There was only in total about 20 people in the restaurant that had ordered already and were waiting for their food.

Unfortunately google doesn’t let you post zero stars. After waiting 2.5 hours for a main, the boys were starting to panic. The look of despair in each others eyes as we witnessed the doors of the kitchen open with no luck will always repeat over and over in our nightmares. As the meals finally arrived, we scrambled like wild dogs to claim the first plate that hit the table without knowing exactly what we had ordered. 2/10 for all the meals that eventually appeared, but if you by chance ordered the garlic prawns you’re in for a treat. In conclusion, if you managed to make your way down to the sticks of the south to sit through 3 hours of torture for some plastic served up on a plate, you really have sat through one of the worst experiences in hospitality to date.

Chicken was way overcooked. Kids beef burger raw almost blue. Didnt expect an apology (which we didnt get) but Blonde waitress to top it off was extremely cold and rude. Just under $300 to feel like we had annoyed her just by being in the restaurant.

Walked in looking for lunch with my boys afyer we got soaked in the rain! The waitress kindly put our coats in front of the fire to dry them out and was spot on throughout! Food was great and a god selection of drinks!

Decided to take the family there, Myself, My wife and 3 kids (7,9,14). OMG!!! What a dining experience. Was greeted by one of the friendliest Waitresses I have encountered. The ipad menu ordering was a great touch. I had without a word of a lie the best steak I have eaten anywhere. My wife was wrapped with her Barramundi, and the kids ate everything off their plate. They must of really enjoyed it because they were still going on about how it was the best meal they had an hour after we got home. This place is a must if you are ever in the area. You won’t be disappointed.
