Ordered four medium Milk Shakes and Large Cappuccino. It took them 35 mins to complete my order. There was only two customers in front of me when I ordered that had ordered two takeaway coffee. There where nobody else waiting. When the milkshakes arrived it wasn’t even cold and they didn’t even have a takeaway tray on hand not worth the wait. Should have just gone to MacDonalds it would have been cheaper and quicker. Instead of taking new orders they should have been fulfilling the orders they already had. I would given them no star
