Manager was very kind from door to the end of the meal. Hotpot in general was pretty decent considering the price paid for lunch. It would be better to offer more meat choices since there are only four meats currently available. Sushi choices could be improved as well. In general, this restaurant is worth going to.

Kimberly is the rudest waitress ever! She makes all customers feel unwelcomed and drives away customers.I don’t think anyone would want to come to the restaurant because of her service and I don’t understand why any restaurant can hire a staff member like her.

Barred by their manager from entering the premises to have a look at the atmosphere, environment and quality of food before deciding if the buffet is as good as it looks on the menu. Was literally told:”You can’t come in to look. Everything on the menu.” Not only will I stay outside I would like to comment that you’re in the wrong business, the spirit of hospitality is to welcome people to learn more about the experience, which starts from the greeting at the door. The defensiveness of the said manager/owner and the arrogance was simply astonishing. I pity the people who takes upon this adventure, who knows what they’ll get?
