Very disappointed in this place, I had booked for my husband’s 40th birthday and was promised a singer and a belly dancer with a complete vibe only to arrive and 2 hours later after asking then to be told they had cancelled an hour prior. Would have been amazing if I was notified to at least make alternative arrangements. Super dull vibe the food is okay but not enough to make me ever come back. If you have a special occasion I would definitely recommend booking an alternate place that can guarantee a replacement for entertainment and has better customer service. Also there was no need to book because it was almost empty besides roughly 5 tables

I went with my family and a few cousins, it was absolutely amazing, the staff have the best service, it was a such a lovely experience. The food was fantastic we all demolished our meals. My kids loved the restaurant and I got to enjoy my meal in peace for the first time in ever.

Hassan was the most attentive and beautiful host. The food was exactly what we were hoping for, authentic, delicious and plentiful. You won’t be disappointed. We ordered the banquet and couldn’t finish it. Our sincere thanks to all involved in our meal it was truly delicious. We will definitely be back to enjoy it again.

The dips were freshly made. The meat came a little cold especially the chicken. We ordered a banquet and they only gave us two small triangles of flat bread…with all that dip…..(see pic). The floor staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate, the host is lovely. I had high hopes but overall experience was disappointing. We also ordered shisha, they turned off the coal so we only got 1 round of coal, i spoke to the host about this and thankfully she only got us pay half for the shisha, although still pretty disappointed as i wanted to enjoy the shisha for a little longer – they should have let us know there is no coal before we ordered the shisha. In conclusion, save your money and go somewhere in parramatta or something because clearly penrith doesn’t do Mediterranean hospitality well…a shame!

Lost for words, the atmosphere here is unbelievable. Fast, fresh and fruitful restaurant. Kids friendly, spacious and offering both indoors and outdoors. Give it a go because you guys will be nothing but amazed.

I would’ve given more for service, however, we told the people to clear away dirty dishes but to leave the mains as there were still a lot of food left over. However, whilst we were up off the table taking photos, they cleared EVERYTHING and threw all the food away. When we went up to them to see if they can bring back the mains, they told us they had already thrown them in the bin. Now, that’s a waste of not only food, but also the money we had paid for at the end. They could’ve at least asked us if we would like the food to be packed into containers. But it was a complete disregard of food and money.
