Itihaas is a exquisitely good Indian restaurant in the heart of Eat Street Parramatta. The service is excellent. Decor is really good. The food is fantastic. We had a crispy prawn and the Barramundi gunpowder fish as entree which were great with a nice amount of spice. We followed up with Butter Chicken and Goat Nihari – both were melt in the mouth and so delicious! We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Went to this restaurant for the first time with my kids. I live in liverpool so travelled to Parramatta for dinner at this restaurant. I must say, the food was so delicious. But most importantly, the staffs are so friendly & well trained. They welcome you with a wonderful smile. I have been to many restaurants, but haven’t had experience of such a wonderful customer service like Itihaas restaurant does. Excellent food and excellent customer service. I would definitely go back there again with my family.

Great place for authentic Indian food although the moderized charcoal kachori did not meet my palate expectations. The chicken dishes, baingan and biryani were delicious with decent portions. The highlight was the gulan jamun dessert. I wish they had a kids menu as we had 2 kids 4 and 6 in our group and we were struggling to feed them.
