Just ordered Takeaway on Wednesday 24 Nov at 5:10 pm. Second time I went back there. Front of house staff who took my order, gave me the most not bothered and unfriendly attitude, rolling her eyes style. Just awful. For that reason only 2 stars today. However their food is really good. Will cone back for the food. Please train your staff regarding friendliness and attitude.

Best Indian restaurant I’ve ever been to. Been to many in Sydney, Queensland even tweed heads. I love Indian food, this particular place is absolutely incredible and is the best one by far. Been to them so many times and always love their food. Such lovely staff, a lovely environment and the best and most mouth watering food. Go there you won’t regret it!

When I am in Lismore for any type of appointment we always choose Mumtaj Restaurant for our lunch. I love that the staff don’t need to give us a menu, as they remember our meal choice, how impressive is that. The $10 curry lunch with rice and bread is the best value for money that u can find anywhere. Staff are friendly and very clean premises. Meals are always very tasty and hot, who could wish for more.

Really enjoyed the meal. Had a mild prawn Korma , extremely tasty, just the right amount of heat. Loved it, loved it. Would highly recommend this place. Unfortunately we were only visiting Lismore but it was as good as any other Indian restaurant I’ve ever been to & I’ve been to a few. Highly recommend it. Loved not only the food but the service was great. Enjoy you won’t be disappointed.
