Great meal, some of the best service in Canberra, the sake selection was original and delicious, and the tasting menu had one of the most unique dishes I’ve ever had; popcorn prawn. Staffs were professional and friendly, provided good explanation and recommendation when it comes to food and sake. Sashimi were fresh and good, A5 Wagyu was delicious with the fats melting in your mouth. Do make a reservation beforehand if possible.
