Ordered twice in advance through Concept Ate app and both times had something wrong with my order (no onion rings on Donna burger). Second time checked the bag and brought it to staff’s attention but what a pain… Customers shouldn’t have to open their bag and check they have everything they’ve paid for.

Food good, restaurant itself and service needs work. Firstly, chips are crisp, nicely fried, happy chappy. Burgers taste good, although the yellow artificially sauce that looks like nothing can stop it from oozing down the side of your burger could be cool for the instagram crowd, or off-putting for some, I’m somewhere inbetween. But now, facilities- the big entry door needs oiling and fixing, it is heavily scrapy and no idea why something so simple is an issue. The napkins were empty on my table, and when I asked for napkins the staff member went to the next table and used his gloved hands to reach into the dispenser and pull some out and so gave me napkins with sauce and whatever randomness on it, gross – I have a picture for proof but I’ll refrain from posting. And despite being open they were mopping most of the store and leaving a wet floor. There’s an area just outside the where staff bring out food from the kitchen where there’s raised circles on the floor to help prevent slipping but that mopping led to a waitress walking normally and slipping on those mopped raised circles through no fault of her kwn and could’ve easily bumped her head if she hadn’t grabbed on quickly, it was so near me that I’d hate to imagine that it could have been me and I might’ve not reacted so well – frankly it was dangerous. I like the later hours compared to other restaurants. Based on the food, I would’ve been back. But, based on the gross napkin violation and the potential hazard I really would not come back, uncared for door, basic details done wrong, it’s not life-risking good.

Friendly service, burger meals above average (slightly over powered with sauce ) Lots of space to dine in, the chips were good and fast turn around time. Overall I’d say 0.5 above McDonald’s or Hungry Jacks. Space was cleaned and tidy.

Kids ordered a beef burger and chicken burger which they loved! I ordered the Bob burger which was super tasty – the extra crispy bacon slice did the trick! Milkshakes were large and probably best to share between two people. Old school onion rings were nice and crunchy – we will be back for more!

Overall very good burgers and fries. The only issue I had was the wait time; when I ordered online it said it be ready by 12:54pm but was still waiting for another 12 mins before it was done. Their website was easy to order and allows you to customise, which is awesome. Burgers were excellent and well portioned. The store has a great vibe to it.

Just had food delivered and the only decent thing about it was the delivery driver. Bland, boring, stale. Caramel sauce for churros missing, avocado brown and awful, aioli had no discernible taste of garlic?!, no chicken salt on chips as requested, measly amounts of ingredients on burgers-had to hunt for the bacon, overall incredibly disappointing, limp & flavourless. DO NOT ORDER, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!

Pretty good little burger joint. Try the Cheesus burger if you like a double patty cheeseburger ! Also try the loaded fries with bacon and cheese sauce. The menu is priced alright. Some good options. Definitely try if you are in the Redfern area.
