I had a triple beef and cheese burger and ten wings. Yes, they were cheap, and I like the place’s decor. Freshening towels were an excellent addition. Seasoning on wings is tasty. But the wings themselves tasted not fresh, and the burger patties tasted as though they had baking soda in them. Yes, I know, baking soda can make meat look more browned. But it is a harsh and caustic chemical. I struggled to finish my meal due to this. If you want to make your burgers more crispy without spending money on quality oil, cook them for longer!

I ordered the OG Big Daddy and it was bland as all hell. Completely tasteless. The curly fries were awash in an ocean of sourcream. The servers were ok, the shop looked good, which is why I’m giving it two stars. But I couldn’t make it through more than two bites.

For the past 3 months I’ve been a regular at big Daddy’s burgers as I’ve been working not far away. Some may say it’s pricey but to me it’s worth it. The food is always amazing, the milk shakes are full of flavour and the staff are always friendly and welcoming, even started to recognise me when I came in.

Great place with the burgers made in a modern fashion. Fluffy buns, tasty Patties, curly chips – everything was made up to perfection. I’d like to see more of places like this around Sydney and other cities as well. Price-wise is also quite reasonable. The only problem was the lack of Coke which is so strange to see just a few steps away from the biggest famous Coke sign. No sugar pls
