Can’t say I was thrilled eating here but our waitress made it all worth the while, we ordered the steak and cutlets and only thing I didn’t like was the basting on the cutlets sometimes plain is better the share entree platter is to die for and the salads are amazingly large and filling.

My visit to Hurricane Bar and Grill left me with mixed feelings. The service was impressive, with attentive staff creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, while the food was decent, it fell short of expectations. The menu showed promise, but the execution left something to be desired. Overall, a pleasant place for service, but the culinary experience could use improvement.

Extremely Delicious! Try the ribs and enjoy! That’s the recipe for the good time. The service was okay and one of the waitresses was rude to other guests, so this is something to improve.

Tasty sauce on the ribs, the half rack of pork ribs was huge! Well cooked veg, still a nice crunch to them. Kids meal was a good size and came with an activity set which kept my son occupied until the food arrived. Good location and attentive, friendly staff.

They served us a rack of ribs which didn’t taste like our order as we opted to upgrade our ribs to the Jack Daniel’s basting. After that, they served us a salad and another rack of ribs which made me realize should be our correct correct but because we already accepted the first rack of ribs, we rejected it and only accepted the salad.

We had dinner there after hearing a lot about their RIBS. It’s location is perfect. We got window seats to a view of the busy streets with trams and trains passing by.

Great food and generous portion. But I was shocked with an experience how rude is one of the staffs there. Dark hair, lovely face looks like Japanese/Chinese but very rude attitude, not too tall. My parents and I sat in outside table area before the restaurant is open for dinner. First she slammed glasses to tables around us and then tell us we can’t sit there with very unfriendly manner. And when I answered okay we’d like to be seated inside anyway, she said: I know nothing about it you can ask reservation/ table booking maybe they have table for you. But now you need to leave this area. Like excuse me? Its not even open yet, she prepared tables I got it but she could have more friendly gesture than being super rude and grumpy. When the resto is opened, we are seated inside near the window, perfect spot, we only have 90mins but its enough for us. The waitresses inside are lovely. Too bad I can only give 3* because of the rude staff, she really needs some manner lesson.
