their manger has no management skills what so ever.. I called up on behalf of not getting my cheese & bacon that I requested to be added onto my classic fried jack burger – she said bring the burger back over the phone so i took it back! she also than charged me over the price that it should have been which I don’t understand when she only had to charge me for the add on for the bacon & cheese as I had already paid the first time round & I had took the burger back?

Was with my parents and they’re elderly and I’m moving back to Whyalla soon as I love the place, anyway they gave my parents a senior’s discount or whatever it was and they only got charged a few dollars for what they ordered.. was really Surprised as I never knew Hungry Jacks were so kind! (Macca’s doesn’t do that / well they’ve never done it for my elderly parents..) sooo I’ll be going to Hungry Jacks on occasions after I move back there to show my support as they obviously have respect to “seniors”.. well done Hungry Jacks Whyalla!

Hi, staff is very rude specially the front lady, she dose not know how to speak with customer, he job is only give customer service and serve the customers, and she is not doing her job properly she just interfare with others, there is no need to be interfare. For instance- doordash dasher kept his food in boot and she Strat shouting on him. His boot was neat and clean most of the dashers keep food in boot because of drinks. Drinks can fall if food is on front seat. Her job is in the hunger jacks only not outside. She dose not understand what’s front persons problems are.

We have a HJ in Pt Lincoln but it pales to comparison to the one in Whyalla. The food here comes out tasting fresh and full of flavour. The staff are also very nice, and the place is clean.

I waited 7mins after I asked for 10 fresh nuggets and 3 storms to be made when the nuggets were ready. My ice cream was brought to me UNDERFILLED 3mins b4 the nuggets and therefore melted even more. The lady who handed out our food with the name tag Chelsea was very rude and slammed our storms into the cup tray then basically threw them at us. I am very upset 🙁
