Worst thick shake ever, ordered takeaway 2 medium strawberry thick shakes… if you can call them that. It was dark so couldn’t see colour… Think their machine was out of syrup. Didn’t notice till we got home, stirred them but to no avail. Service was not so great either. Sent in a complaint with picture. Terrible waste of money and petrol.

“FILTHY” to say the least…I Should have learnt my lesson the first couple of times I had the miss fortune to eat here.This is without a doubt the dirtiest Hungry Jacks i have ever been into. No liners in the bins , filthy tables wiped with extra dirt cloths, The floors & kitchen prep area were disgusting. Even the service counter was strewn with old lettuce and coffee granules etc etc. The staff couldn’t care less.Service is non existent.I was greeted with “wadaya want”. Seriously, who in the hell manages this cess pit. I cant understand for the life of me why the Health Department has not given this place a good going over but I can guarantee one thing, i will be phoning them first thing on Monday & showing them some photo’s.I will never be back here again and would suggest others wanting burgers eat elsewhere..

Ordered and paid using the app for drive thru collection, when I arrived the drive through was shut. Went inside and waited almost 15 minutes for a lunch combo. Burger was ok but chips were flavorless. To top it off the drink was overfilled and lid was not on properly and spilt through my car.

waited 10 mins for 2 cold burgers, one was vegan but didnt ask for vegan, the other was smothered in mayo with 1 piece of tomato and cold meat…disgusting. Ice coffee tasted of watered down cream, no coffee taste at all. Chips were cold.

Opened up our burgers (whopper with cheese and angry whopper) to find slop in a cardboard box. Had to “reconstruct” our own burgers. How hard is it to stack a few ingredients on top of each other? Obviously above the culinary capabilities of those working here…..

Why on a busy breakfast shift are there only two staff working? There are currently 6 people in the store who have been waiting over 20 minutes and still don’t have their order. Stop pinching pennies and have enough staff working to actually serve your customers.
