REALLY disappointed. We have been loving the Biscoff storms. Tonight we ordered some, I understand there have been shortages on the sauce but no one informed us of this even when we asked for extra toppings. Storm barely had any cookie crumbs at all, and no Biscoff sauce just frustrated that we weren’t communicated to because we wouldn’t have ordered this if we knew.

I ordered The Carolina chicken burger with crispy onion and bacon and instead when I got home it was a small chicken burger with Mayo and lettuce. Poor service. You don’t get what you order .. ‘A very poor customer experience ‘ I won’t be going back ..poor value for money hence the one star

Food was freshly made and well assembled, incorrect meals given after reconfirming at the window with what I had ordered. Only a few cars in the drive through but took some time, Had to park to wait food for 15 minutes further. For the extra time waiting you would expect to be given the correct food you ordered.

HJs are as good as any fast food franchise these days. But when you’re as a old as me you remember when they actually tasted great. There was a delivery driver picking up an order. Can’t imagine what they would taste like by the time they got where they were going. Soggy fries with too much (or not enough) salt. Sad. I made burgers at home a couple of days later. Half the price and twice the taste.
