Probably the best Maccas ive been too. The staff were so lovely, even on a busy Good Friday. Coffee was really good, toilets were clean but I also noticed an employee checking them frequently to ensure they were still clean. And the playground – so good for all ages. Found my new pitstop on my holiday roadtrips 🙂

Ordered food online, one for my partner and one for me. They couldn’t find my other order although I’ve ordered it at the same time. Possibly an application error. Staff at window 1 drive thru said to drive to next window and to just let them know about my order. Upon driving to next window, they have refused to serve me and I am being asked to drive around again in a very rude tone, which is very annoying and shows lack of training for customer service. I was trying to explain that lady at window 1 told me to just let you know about my order but keeps repeating “you have to drive around again!” This could have been handled better. Oh well.

Clean and huge. Easy parking. We incompetently managed to double charge ourselves and they spotted it immediately and solved it in seconds. Drove here from Melbourne, we needed a good experience and we got one! Has a McCafe and a great play area, if only I was five.

Very, very crowded but nice staff and classic Macca’s food. Nice place to “pit stop” up north from Sydney. All the tables are always full but otherwise great staff and food.

Ordered off menulog, my ice chai latte wasn’t present, I called up and asked if I picked it up now if I could get something extra considering the time and petrol it would take to get there, also the fact it was past 11 at night didn’t help. The man responded saying flat out no and proceeded to hang up on me once he got my name for the store credit
