PSA Do not waste the fuel going to HJ Maryborough if you are hanging for a coffee. The discounted cup is not worth the drive. I didn’t think it was possible for my latte to look like my milk had been heated to scalding hot temperatures in the microwave EVERY SINGLE TIME. Not even remotely a smidge of latte cream. I would have accepted some froth at this stage. The only reason I returned this time was because I was up to my free coffee, but I wish I had just gone across the road to McDonald’s. Tried to contact customer service once who just responded with thank you for your feedback, we’re very sorry …. I just don’t understand how an establishment can be so bad at making a latte. Do yourself a favour and just go somewhere else, I have 10000% learned my lesson now. This was my third round of buy 4 get 1 free and the Maryborough store is literally useless. Head up to the Hervey Bay store if you desperately want to go to HJ.

After ordering $80+ worth of meals, half of our order was missing, and when I called the store and asked the manager Michael to please send out the rest of the order, I was told “that’s a Door Dash problem” and we would not be able to receive what I paid for, unless I came into the store to pick it up.

Walked in store to order only because drive thru was absolutely busy. Only got a few things like a couple of bbq cheeseburgers, chips, and gravy tatos. Great customer service. Even though it was hectic busy. Food was great. Would definitely recommend

got breakfast this morning. good food. but the customer service sucks. i know they are all kids. i get its stressful there but every time i go get food there i am served with no smile and hear one of the other workers be rude to customers. he needs a talking to. i wasnt being rude to the boy that served me this morning but bought my food. and when paying my off he was mumbling and looked like he didnt want to serve me. its the same boy that serves me other times and is extremely rude to me. i hear him sometimes being rude to others and i mean workers too.hungry jacks needs to fix this.

To young Zoe, considering you had people on break and not many staff on, as well as newbies, computer errors, drive through front counter etc, could see the stress but you carried yourself and the team well, you should be proud of yourself and you team was right not your fault you had to reset the monitors due to error which made a door dash late with delivery, all things that can’t be helped. My burgers were lovely and chips super fresh. U all did well under the circumstances.

19 minutes from completion of order at self service screen to pick up at counter. Manger apologised and said they would try to improve there times. This is not the first time ordering inside has been +15 minutes for me. Simple coffee and muffin. Get it together.

Absolutely disgusting service waited 30 minutes and my food was cold the burgers are all wet from sitting in the bag for to long I also had 5 hash browns and they were all cold as well this business is a joke and should be shut down the Manger is as useless as the workers I will be reporting them to fair trading this is not the first time this has happened. I don’t like leaving negative comments like this, but if they want to keep serving like this, they should be shut down. Here is a couple of burgers we brought I would not feed it to my dog.
