Terrible management. 22/9/23 8:40am. Ordered a simple breakfast meal and took about 15 mins when ordering inside. Many drive through cars were prioritised. All the time someone was cleaning windows when clearly they needed more people doing actual food service. My order was just chucked in the bag on anger after I asked about the long delay to my order. Toasted sandwich not even toasted on one side. Ridiculous all round.

So happy to pop into this store today, on Father’s Day. Excellent service. Nice burgers: a lot of vegies, mayo, pickles in the burger, I was so full and couldn’t finish mine . A big portion of an ice cream too. Well done, guys. Great service. Keep going to have more royal customers.

This is honestly the worst fast food restraunt in the shire and it has been for years. This is the first bad food review I’ve ever gone out of my way to write because they are just that bad. Every time the meat is over cooked must be sitting there for half the day, always wait 20mins in drive thru with 3-4 cars only in front of you the staff just look lost and haven’t been shown how to work hard and some integrity.

Absolute joke! We waited over 30 mins for 1 meal. Started in the drive through, two lanes were open, waited for our order to be taken while 3 cars on the other lane put their order in and went through. Gave up and just waited to get through the extremely slow moving drive through line, sent my partner to order in store. Eventually parked the car and went in store, where things only got worse. Bin completely over flowing, about 10 staff all standing around looking totally useless and bored, not bothered at all by the customers who had been waiting AGES for their food. Manager came out to speak with another customer who had complaints. Manager said they were “under staffed” but it seemed more like poor management/ training. There was a real lack of cohesion and communication between the staff to try and rectify the wait time/ bad service. Seems to be a management and training issue, no one knew what they were doing.
