Easily the best Hungry Jack’s restaurant in southside of Brisbane. Coffee, burgers and chips are all made and presented the way they should be. Chips are fresh and crispy, burgers freshly made, not soggy wrapped in condensation. Coffee is fresh and hot!

Been once and won’t be back. Very rude customer service. Was told to wait out the front after ordering through drive-thru was there for nearly 25 minutes. Asked specifically for no onion THREE times and double checked with the girl when she brought the food out. My burger had onion. I’m very glad I do not have an allergy. The car park is ridiculously small. Two waiting bay spots and they were filled with dine-in customers.

Ordered through the drive through and got asked to park out front and wait for our food. They’ve done this the last 4 times we have ordered here and usually we have no problem with that but this time there was no other customers so we were a little perplexed as to why it was needed. Then it took a good 10 minutes for them to bring the food out, which was odd because again there was no other customers inside or in drive through. We thought maybe they were making the food fresh but that definitely wasn’t the case because everything was warm/cool. On top of this, when the girl came out with the food there was no sense of urgency in the way she was walking, looking as if she just strolling out for a smoko or something. When my wife asked why it took so long she just scrunched her face up and walked back inside. Do your job HJ management and make sure your employees are actually earning their income.

It’s usually good. But I ordered my food. Waited 20mins (and still waiting) in the waiting bay. A car comes into the wait bay with me for no longer than 2 mins n gets their food first. There’s another car here that’s been waiting longer than me.

This branch was new and had interesting decor and atmosphere. No hand towels in the toilets and the girl at the counter who I think was the manager could do a little better at customer service; I had to ask several times for ketchup and she didn’t seem bothered about the lack of hand towels when i went to get serviettes to dry my hands but overall was a good experience the food was fresh and hot but it was early and I was the only customer
