The service was atrocious the food was the WORST we have had from HJ’s anywhere. One fries was not supplied had to go and ask and took ages. One burger looked gross and was reordered. Both burgers were JUST EDIBLE. Couldn’t get shakes so went to Mecca’s for them. Staff couldn’t smile and barely spoke..

The service in this place is beyond a joke, staff are arrogant and rude. Staff me never walked away mid order and gave nothing but attitude from the second we tried to order. If you are unhappy woking in fast food don’t take it out on paying customers, simple as that. Absolutely disgusting service and seems to be the case everytime in this place with most customers.

Second car in the queue at the drive-thru and yet it still took 15 mins to receive my Bacon Deluxe Burger (no tomato) meal – thought I must be waiting for them to cook it, but once I received it the burger and fries were both luke warm. No wonder McDonald’s is so much larger and more profitable!

The food was good, however, the customer service needs improvement. The worker was continually pressing the green button of the ‘rate your experience’ device whilst talking to another co worker when people were waiting to order. The tables and floors were also dirty and we had to clean it ourselves.
