Worst pizzas I have ever had. Ordered 3 pizzas, missed at least 2 toppings on each of them and Some of the slices were bare. Though I ordered three different pizza, all of them had same unseasoned chicken on it. Seems like they don’t know what topping goes on which pizza.

So disappointing with the mill park dominous service. I ordered 2 same pizza’s. But got different base for the same pizza. The one was cooked but the other one was unprepared (raw base) ;No sauce on the top. I saw employees eating n making pizza’s at the same time. Hygiene level was zero.

Pizza’s were burnt, with barely any toppings. Delivery was also late. I tried calling and the store would not pick up the phone. After 10 calls they picked up the phone and I explained my concerns , and requested for replacement, to which I was refused as they were very busy. Very bad service.

This whole experience was fundamentally abysmal and woeful. I must convey my deep disappointment regarding multiple facets of my first and only Dominos Mill Park encounter. Firstly, I must express my dissatisfaction with the delivery service, as the protracted duration of 80 minutes, compounded by the non-functional Domino’s app driver track, left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. The arrival of the delivery was so belated that I could have easily made the journey myself on foot, collected my order, and returned home in a more timely manner, even if I had moved at a sluggish pace. Additionally, despite my attempts to contact the shop via telephone, which amounted to no less than 13 unanswered calls, I was left with no recourse but to sit hopelessly and wait for the delivery to arrive. Regrettably, the food was delivered at a temperature that was far colder than the desired temperature, leaving me bereft of any appetite for the cold pizza. In light of these various issues, it is only fair to acknowledge the driver’s pleasant demeanor as the sole redeeming factor in an otherwise lackluster experience. Haven’t had pizza in years. Terrible Friday night option this was.

I went and got a hunger buster deal for lunch . The firebreather pizza was pretty good. The garlic bread was a little over cooked for my liking [ little burnt on top] . The service was good and only took around 20 – 25 mins, there were a few people ordering but wasn’t too busy. If you want a cheap lunch that will fill you up , this is the go.
